Build trust within the community by ensuring all listings are truthful,
accurate, and not misleading. Clearly display prices and terms.
3.4. Customer Protection
Treat every customer fairly and respectfully. Handle refunds and complaints in
line with consumer protection laws. Protect customer data in compliance with
GDPR.
3.5. Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We reserve the right to
review, edit, or remove any content that violates our policies.
3.6. Cooperation
You agree to cooperate with mylocals.live and relevant regulators in any investigations
related to your use of the platform.
3.7. Termination
Breach of this Code may result in listing removal, account termination, and
